Grand Palais

The Grand Palais

The Grand Palais is located in the immediate vicinity of the Champs-Elysées and can also be admired during a round trip on the Seine. The 44-metre-high building was built in 1900 for the Universal Exposition and is an example of French Belle Époque grandeur. Inside, it has hosted art exhibitions, fashion shows such as Chanel's, and even horse shows throughout history. The impressive iron construction and its glass dome fascinate visitors from afar during a walk along the Seine.
