Transportation in Barcelona

Transfer from the airport to the center of Barcelona

Barcelona has a large international airport. There are also two smaller airports near Barcelona, which are mainly used by low-cost airlines and for regional flights.

Barcelona-El Prat Airport (BCN)

This is Barcelona's main airport and the second largest airport in Spain. It is located approx. 12 km southwest of the city center. There are several ways to get to the airport from the city center:

Girona-Costa Brava Airport (GRO)

This airport is located approx. 90 km northeast of Barcelona. There are bus connections from Barcelona to Girona Airport, which are usually coordinated with the flight times.

Reus Airport (REU)

This airport is located approx. 106 km southwest of Barcelona. There are bus connections from Barcelona Sants train station to Reus airport.
