Ko Bulon
Ko Bulon is like many islands in Thailand a real paradise for backpackers. Away from the big tourist centers, you have the opportunity to escape mass tourism. With a size of only three square kilometers, the island is tiny and you can easily explore it in one day. White beaches, dense jungle and mangrove forests characterize the island paradise.
The ferry port on the island of Ko Bulon offers connections to the islands of Ko Kradan, Ko Lanta, Ko Phi Phi and Ko Muk as well as to the ports of Koh Lipe (Pattaya Beach), Phuket, Ko Ngai and Ko Mook on the mainland of Thailand. A total of 9 routes are offered here several times a day by the shipping companies Bundhaya Speed Boat and Satun Pakbara Speed Boat Club.
Ko Kradan
You will find golden sandy beaches on Ko Kradan as well as crystal clear sea and unique coral reefs. In short, Ko Kradan is also a true island paradise, where there are now many resorts. The main beach of the island is the two kilometer long Paradise Beach. This is where most of the resorts are located. However, you won't find many stores or even nightlife here, so the island is well suited for a quiet vacation.
From the ferry port on Ko Kradan Island there is a ferry connection to Ko Lanta Island. The route is offered several times a day by the shipping companies Bundhaya Speed Boat, Satun Pakbara Speed Boat Club and Tigerline Ferry. The journey time is between one hour and 1:15 hours, depending on the shipping company.
