Limnos
With 480 km², Limnos is one of the ten largest islands in Greece. The rather desert-like landscape in the northwest with its ruins from antiquity gives a vague idea of the importance Limnos must have once had in pre-Christian times. Today the island offers you unique natural treasures to discover. Among the sights are the castle of Myrina, the island's capital, and the Stone Age settlement of Poliochni.
