Passengers should arrive at the respective ship at least 30 minutes before departure. If tickets were purchased online, they should be picked up at the respective kiosk at the port of departure or at the travel agency.
Pets are generally allowed on board, but only in the outside areas of the ships.
Smoking is only allowed in the designated areas on the outside deck.
