The largest amusement park in Turkey opened its doors in March 2019 and offers experiences for visitors of all ages on an area of 180 football fields. The many different rides and attractions are fascinating for children and adults alike.
Attractions at Wonderland Eurasia
The 130-hectare theme park was originally called Ankapark before it was reopened as Wonderland Eurasia after extensive expansion and renovation. The park has a total of 26 large attractions that promise lots of fun and thrills for visitors. Passionate roller coaster riders will be thrilled by the 17 spectacular roller coasters, most of which also feature loops. Wonderland Eurasia even ranks second in the world with this number. In addition, the Free Fall Tower also attracts the brave. Of course, guests who prefer less adrenaline rush also get their money's worth. For them, there are shows and classics such as the Ferris wheel, which rotates leisurely and allows great views of the entire park. A special attraction is the Voletarium, the flying theatre. Here, young and old experience a fascinating flight over the continent of Europe and get to know 15 different countries from above during the four and a half minute show.
General information
You enter the huge park through a portal, which reminds you of Disneyland in many details. The area is divided into twelve different themed areas, of which the motto "Dinosaurs" is the main focus. Besides many breathtaking rides, Wonderland Eurasia also offers quieter carousels and playgrounds for small children. Concerts and other cultural events are held regularly on the grounds for visitors to pause and enjoy. One of the best performances is the water fountain show with music. As the distances in the park are relatively long, it is recommended to take the little train or the monorail from time to time, which connect the different stations with each other. This way, the whole area can be discovered comfortably.
