Vaughan

The major city in the province of Ontario is named after Benjamin Vaughan, who negotiated the peace treaty here in the 1780s. Vaughan offers a colorful mix of past and present. Sightseeing destinations include the Reptilia Zoo and Education Centre Vaughan, the Boyd Conversation Area nature reserve and animal sanctuary, Canada's Wonderland, the Legoland Discovery Center and Vaughan Mills, a modern shopping center with typical North American malls.
