Danish art of the 19th and 20th centuries
The Hirschsprung Collection is a small art museum built especially for the painting collection of the entrepreneur Heinrich Hirschsprung (1836-1908) and his wife Pauline. It is located in park Østre Anlæg near the Statens Museum for Kunst.

On display is mainly Danish art from the 19th and early 20th centuries, including important works by CW Eckersberg, Christen Købke, Anna Ancher, PS Krøyer, Bertha Wegmann and Vilhelm Hammershøi.

Bus Take bus lines 6A, 14, 42, 150S, 184 and 185 to the Sølvtorvet stop.
Subway & regional trains Change to bus from Østerport or Nørreport stops, or walk about 10 minutes to the museum.
